roof deck construction

Hello,

I’m a recent homeowner in East Boston and would like to install a roof deck. Our roof has been renovated this year and is a flat rubber roof. From your article on roof decks, I understand that the best option would be to have a PVC roof to prevent water leakage before building a deck.
