Metal shingles prices

Hello there,

I am looking into replacing the roof on my house. However, getting prices has really opened my eyes on how expensive it could be. I recently got an estimate froma metal company. The estimate was for 25 metal shingles with an estimated total balance of 10k without labor. The price for a single metal shingle was of 400 dollars. Should this price include everything needed to replace the roof or is it just the cost for the metal shingle? Is the price for a metal single about average?
