I’m Mike McCarthy, a Dorchester, MA native and graduate of Boston Collegiate Charter School. I founded The Boston Landscaping Company in 2022 after serving as a forward observer in the Army. My role in the military taught me the importance of accuracy, attention to detail, and following complex instructions carefully. These skills have shaped the way I approach every landscaping project, ensuring my clients' visions are brought to life with precision.



Since leaving the Army, I’ve been fully dedicated to the landscaping industry and take pride in delivering high-quality work across the Boston area. I bring a disciplined, client-focused approach to every job, no matter the size. I also offer a 10% discount to veterans, elderly clients, and first responders as a way to give back to those who serve the community.



My experience in landscaping began during my sophomore year of high school, allowing me to develop a strong foundation in the field. Now, with two years of running my own business, I have honed my skills and gained valuable insights into the industry.



I started The Boston Landscaping Company because of my passion for working outdoors and the satisfaction I get from visually seeing the difference I create.
