Your web site is extremely well written and informative. Would you have a recommendation of a roofer/contractor in Chicago who can address the best way to prevent ice dams on a 3 story apt building with a flat roof? The roof and box gutter are only a few years old. Based on your web site, I believe my issues are a combination of not enough insulation, and possibly a case where heated cables or something similar may be needed.
